Why names were struck
ECI reason code on the ASD list.
Deletion rate by age
Share of electors in each age band who were deleted.
Gender, religion and the 2002 test
Deletion rate within each group. Religion is guessed from names because the ECI does not record it. Malakpet's file does not record the 2002 link.

Deleted means on the Absent-Shifted-Dead list and missing from the draft roll in the September 2026 exports. On 7 September the Commission extended the schedule, with claims to 7 October, hearings to 5 November and the final roll on 9 November, so the count will change. Malakpet is read by polling-station name because its export has no part numbers. "At hearing" adds the ECI discrepancy list (37,703) to the no-mapping list (12,465). Ages come from the draft and ASD files. Religion is guessed from names, and a separate classification agrees on 99% of them. The 2023 comparison uses the ECI result of 98,103 valid votes, 49,103 for the winner and a margin of 22,853.
